Buyers were being asked to decide on plans, renders and marketing material alone. None of it could convey the scale, the views, or what it felt like to move through the development as a resident.
Outcome
Built for a launch event ahead of construction, the walkthrough let buyers stand inside a home before it existed. It gave people a sense of scale, layout and outlook that plans and renders had not.
