What helps in a first message
What the project is and roughly where. Who has to be convinced — a council, a board, a buyer, a community. When the decision happens. And what already exists, whether that's a model, a set of drawings or just a brief. None of it is essential. Working out the problem is the first thing we do anyway, and we can start that on a call.
We reply within two working days
If it isn't something we should take on, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. That happens often enough to be worth saying out loud.
